Britney Spears - the young sexy girl represents joy, erotica, and hope life and so on, while Celan is the dark side - almost the guilty- perhaps they morph - but Wendy Nu is perhaps in between, something rearing itself...just some tentative thoughts - interesting visual poetic/also political contrasts/intersections/variations here. This concided with my deviation onto the Holocaust recently on my own Blog.
BTW someone asked why I invoked Zukofsky in that "series" - that person may not be aware he was Jewish. But I may be wrong (I mean that that person didn't know that fact) - sorry for this aside...
